Nzogi involved in a collision with a cyclist

    Now don't get me wrong I fully understand that him refusing to share insurance details is wrong but am I as usual missing something about what he did wrong in the actual incident itself?

    The cyclist claims that Nzogi stopped sharply causing him to ride into the back of his car. Sorry but how the hell is the the vehicle in front's fault?

    Presumably it is if you adopt the car driver is always at fault argument put forwards recently

    A serious answer though is if the car overtakes the bike cuts in front and then stands on the brakes as cars can stop faster than bikes it could be the car drivers fault in that case. Not saying thats what happened here though

    He overtook the cyclist and then pulled over in front of him to go to a cash machine
