Since signing for Stoke he's been mainly playing in midfield and managed to win caps for the Republic at the same time. Think you're being harsh. Couple of howlers today, but he's generally liked by Stoke fans, always puts a shift in, and has contributed with assists and goals during their time of staying in the premiership. He can't be that bad if he;s continued to feature and they've avoided relegation time after time.
He is the worst ever penalty taker in the Premier League and has played 22 games for the Republic of Ireland and scored 4 goals. Of course footballers work hard, they don't get payed £1000's of pounds a week to toss it off and shag Vicky Pollard.

So you'll admit players to do nothing for their thousands of pounds a week? Anyway, doesn't matter. I was just stating that I don't think Walters is as bad as the opening post makes out.
If I was paid at least £100,000 a year, I would run about and close opposition players down, guarantee it, I would work my knackers off. Great pay for a bit of exercise. Job done. However, give me the ball, and It will soon be at someone else's feet.
Paid to score goals. He doesn't. Not just at Stoke, hardly prolific during his career. Misses howlers often. Just my opinion like!
