Flicker did an amazing job for us last season. This season things are not going well. When assessing a manager the question is how much should we take into account his past performance. My position is I am backing Flicker all the way this season whatever the results. However my hunch is that come Christmas we'll have a new manager, one who wears a suit like the two others at the top and Flicker will be his assistant.
He definately deserves this season, now he has to take this good opportunity and all the leeway he has been given to prove that he is still the up and coming manager most of us thought he was. Managers need to learn quickly nowadays. Come on Flick its in there.
He will do it again this year, just that Lady Luck is not running with him. What goes around comes around, his luck will change
