Paddy has been playing games for under 21’s. He’s getting nearer etc. He doesn’t want to expose Paddy.

Cofes isn’t knocking on the door, he needs to become a man, going out on loan. Rose is better than him.

Mike is injured, he tore his groin kicking a football, good character, he has stimulated Steele to a new level in training. Looking to get the right one in etc. Dibbs could go out on loan to a non-league club if we get the right one in.

Board meeting on Monday. Where are we at, what do we need? Strategic recruitment is needed because we haven’t picked up enough points.

Missed out on Sharp and Fryatt, other clubs out there for them. They don’t want to play for us.

Could be a case of looking at players ready for 1st team football. Not enough time for 'projects'.

Ship em out on loan, bring in plug in and play.

I thought it was a pretty good interview from Flicker actually, said the right things. Whether or not he will indeed drop those that aren't good enough remains to be seen though.

Recruitment, hmm - lets try some better tactics first with what we have. I still think there's enough quality in the squad, it just needs to be on the pitch!

Agreed. But last season is now long gone. Shoe-horning Dawson in out of position does no one any favours. Grafting more off teh ball isn't working from the present three is it?
