    For everyone of you who keeps coming back with the same old, who is there to replace him with. Do you seriously think there isn't a manager out there that can do any better than flitcroft. My question to you is, is there anybody out there that would do any worse. Before you say Keith hill on this seasons showing they are no different but at least under hill , although mostly sideways and backwards we could actually pass to a red shirt.

    You name me which managers you know for a fact can't do a better job than current manager. There's managers all over the country we could replace him with. It just grates me when people say who would you replace him with. It's only 8 month ago that we( supporters) would have taken pretty much anybody over flicker.

    I'm just saying that people who want him sacked are entitled to their opinion, but they need to have names in mind that can replace him. It would be the same old names like Cotterill, Dowie etc.

    Quite right Dave.he deserved all the praise he got but that has gone and this is now.I can't fault him for what he did last season although I do believe a lot of what happened last season was more to do with the situation we were in, backs to the walls and came out fighting. He's changed personnel, he's changed the way we play, he's took away that fighting spirit. We can't afford to be in the same position as we were last Christmas because the run we went on was a one off.

    You might be right mate, it's catch twenty two, do we allow him to spend anymore money on these apparent new signings to add to a already large squad, or do we allow somebody else to come in shift a bit of deadwood out and bring something different to the table, suppose we will find out soon enough.
