What a lovely weekend !

    Went away Friday afternoon, had a great deay Saturday, went to the pub in the evening, watched a great band and had a good few beers.
    This morning woke up, had a wander around the lakes and river, went back to pub and had lunch (and a couple more beers). Just got home.

    Now I realise , just how much I have missed over the years watching Barnsley instead of having a life !

    Thank you Mr Flitcroft for making me see the light !

    How can I spend the weekend away with my family, if I am at Oakwell or at away matches?

    Fecking hell, I do have some feeling for my family you know!

    I would not even send my enemies to Oakwell these days ! Well maybe my ex-wife, she deserves to be bloody miserable !!!

    For each and every Barnsley fan.
    Weather-wise and from a personal aspect, it's been wonderful.

    I was as gutted as anyone that was at Oakwell mate+, you know that. Just because I was not there didnt mean it didnt hurt. A LOT !!

    Whatever your critics may think of you, you care as passionately about the club as anyone I know.
    I'm very happy as I've been offered an archaeological course by Leicester Uni. It's done wonders for my ego to be wanted by the team which discovered the remains of King Richard III.:D

    I went to Leicester and I had a ball. Great city to live in. I expect you won't be looking for quite the same things as I was though.

    It'll require a different type of discipline if I accept the offer. There's no denying the team at Leicester are the bees knees at the moment in the archaeological world.
    If I do start studying with them, it will be necessary to spend a certain amount of time on the campus. Should this occur, would you be available for advice if I ask, please?
