Whenever there's a down turn in results there are always the usual few people quick off the mark, but I'm genuinely surprised at how quickly the tide is turning against flitcroft.

Is it hysteria stoked by the Internet or have these people genuinely lost faith in him?

Keith Hill went months without seeing we where playing at too slow a tempo, it took Flitcroft 1 game to sort it out

David Flitcroft as had 7 games to see that all his defensive players are drawn to the ball as though it a footballer magnet, leaving space all over the place with players unmarked in danger areas, and he's not seen it not done anything about it and i don't think he'll ever do anything about it and that's why i think we need to change

I reckon the mood of feeling amongst most wanting a change is a lot to do with the amount of optimism we all had. Probably the highest amount in the last 7 years. I don't think many would foresee a struggle after 2013 results and performances.

He might be passionate but most of the issues are down to himself. Something it looks as though he is failing to acknowledge.

i don't agree. i think he acknowledges completely. you may disagree with his decisions, but that's a different issue. need to give him the opportunity to turn things round.

He doesn't. He says the players are letting him and the fans down. Completely ignoring the fact that playing such as dawson and mellis on the wings when having 3 wingers on the bench is total madness. His tactics have so far this season been *****. But no its the players fault.

We are going to have to agree to disagree here mate.

He's said that once. Every other game he's stuck up for the players and got slated for it.

We have players built like brick ***** houses, due to the amount of work in the gym.
We have players who are all best mates due to the time they spend with each other.
We have the best fed footballers in the league now they all have a brakefast club.
We have trained at more top class training centers, then Real Barca AC and Spurs

But we can't defend or score corners, we can't man mark, we've got the only midfielders in the league that **** them sens when it looks like they have to shoot,
we've got left and right backs that are not that good at being left and right backs and we're wanting um to be midfielders as well, they've not even mastered defending and we're wanting um to attack as well

What the Phuck is that management team of ours doing with these players in training because from what ive seen they simply can not be trying to put anything right that's wrong, less gym, team building, breakfast club, and doing homework on our opponents,
more phucking football training that's whats needed

but to put things right on the training ground you have to know whats wrong and i don't think this lot have a clue

But he won't acknowledge the shortcomings in his selections and tactics. Thats my point

What do you want ? Self flagellation ?

If he comes out in public and says he was wrong that will appease the masses ?

I don't give a flying ferk what he says in public, I do care however how he addresses the problems in private with the players.

Flicker deserves till Wednesday game to turn things around optimism was high at start of season but the League is still tough on a mediocre budget 12 points by then will do.

There's a hell of a lot of things I agree with in that. Especially the midfielders who can't shoot. I watched etuhu and Perkins in the first half and every time we won the ball just inside our half and broke, they stopped and watched, neither got within thirty yards of their area. One of them should have been busting a bollock to get in the box and the other should have been lining up for a shot. I dont know if that was the instruction or just the limit of their ability, but it was frustrating the crap out of me.

I haven't asked him to put it out in public. Its quite clear what we see on the pitch.
