Looked lost according to the radio sheffield commentator today. The lad will never make it as a championship footballer purely down to consistency. Guarantee flicker will be in for a new LWB next week.
Play 1 miss 5 - no fcking wonder he's 'lost' Pity he can't get as constant a run in the team and be forgiven errors like some others in our squad. Keep changing personnel and formations, that's the way. To relegation. Flitcroft had the answer with the team and attitude v Huddersfield. Scotland for Pedersen and carry on, but no, he has to try and be smart and second guess the opposition, picking a different team for every match. Why is he scared of keeping it simple and straight forward ? Does he think he gets more points for being a master tactician ? For me he's got the next 2 games to change his attitude or sithi - and I've been his biggest advocate. But the club's suffering because of his attitude imho.
We concede one goal while he's on the field and it's enough to write him off, ignoring everything good he's done previously. He played the first 45, we didn't concede. Not bad for a striker playing in defence/out wide. I ******* despair at times.
Managers haven`t given the lad a consistent run in the side, will he make it in the Championship, maybe not, if he only gets picked as a last resort or because the manager is under pressure.
Not good enough for what? Care to add some meat to your personal opinion? My response is based on "not good enough". Which is the kind of post that gets on my tits. Offers nothing to back it up. The sort of ***** I hear weekly at Oakwell.
Fully agree. But like Mellis he seems to be a victim of the managerial inconsistency we spoke about earlier in the week. Others, although some have been dropped today have been allowed lots of game time to get used to the demands. I'm tipping one if those two back in on Tuesday, as he chops and changes again. His approach this season snacks of I'm a proper manager now, look at how good I am. But these attritional tactics are not only failing they are failing miserably. In only two halves this season have we shown any attacking intent. Strange that we won both of these halves and one of the games.....
Judging the kid is absolute ******** - he has a good game and then he's dropped. Pathetic to write him off like this. He was outstanding against Huddersfield and then dropped. What kind of message does that send to a young player?
Re: Play 1 miss 5 - no fcking wonder he's 'lost' Too complicated thinker leads to tinker and a stinker, results in a sinker
