    and this is from the DRAGON... and I am sure many on here will tell you just how much my "Knee can Jerk"..

    Mr Flitcroft , " Keep Calm and Carry On" crack a whip, as some of the lads may just be stowing away on this voyage. Go out and buy a pair of big "**** off Boots" and use them up the arses of more than one player. Sometimes "Mr Nice Guy " just does not work. Having served a seriously long time in the armed forces I will tell you, sometimes the arm around the shoulder "There There "works... but mostly in a team situation its a severe kick up the ass that gets results.

    I will give you a few managers names that would have sorted this lot out totally

    Brian Clough, Bill Shankly, Alex Ferguson, José Mourinho .... they all ran a tight ship. They all won the European cup and the English first tier along with other cups. Time our sorry lot were taken in a total boot camp situation, each and everyone torn a second arsehole and then asked stay or go, THAT SIMPLE.
