He's safe and sound and with the good people at BARC in Wath. :D

Does anyone know who this handsome boy belongs to? Found in High Street Goldthorpe this evening and handed into Barc. Male German Shepherd, No chip approx 5 year old.

Please contact our kennels on 07534982314 or 01709 876832 between 11am-3pm

ID and proof of ownership will need to be shown.

He's beautiful but he looks like he's tried to swallow a frisby. I hope he's reunited with his owner soon.

That's his mane. He looks a bit odd because his ears are down, he'll be a bit scared being lost. Hopefully somebody will recognise him, BARC will update when his owner claims him.

    nice one Paul

what a fabulous looking dog, quite young if the piccie suggests. I so hope he/she gets re-united. But seriously... that dog should not take a long time to get a new home... he/she is totally beautiful... and looks in the face to have a good character too.

On the Barc facebook page, he has already been offered a home if his owners can't be found. His expression would suggest he's not used to being out on his own.
