    Agreed, never going to get owt today. However, if we don't pick up some points in the next few games the only logical, sensible course of action will be to panic.

    If we are adrift at Christmas then it may be time to think that a change might be worth trying.

    It rings a bell an' all.

    But up till then calling for a change is unreasonable unwarranted and in my opinion unwanted by the silent majority.

    (Can't say for certain cos they're silent)

    I agree but the club will go nowhere by chopping and changing the manager.

    Flitcroft has earned the right to manage in this division. If it hadn't been for his management team we'd be playing Rotherham this season.

    He has also proved he can manage teams under pressure to get results.

    Would you rather have Terry Butcher or O' Driscoll in charge now ?

    No I'm not happy, but I believe in this manager and it is a long time since I could say that.

    Sacking the manager now would be a stupid thing to do. With the players he's brought in and the players returning from injury I can only see us climbing the table now we have that run of games against the top sides behind us. I do wish that certain posters on here would get themselves down to Oakwell and use their energy supporting the team instead of mouthing off on here.

    I agree but if after the next 3 games we are still bottom then that will be a different matter.More of the application shown against Reading will hopefully result in a change in fortunes.Another Watford debacle and it will be curtains for Flicker.

    I like Flicker, really want him to succeed here, but for me he's got two games to get at least 4 points. Otherwise we are just going to get cut adrift before Christmas.

    Of course I hate being at the bottom of the table, despite being perennially used to it.

    But this time I do feel there are grounds for optimism.

    4 points at this stage from 2 games is not at all essential.

    We are not doomed

    There is no other Messiah

    Flicker did it last year with less experience

    He can do it this year with his own squad - put together with no doubt less brass spent than the vast majority of other teams in this league
