Does anyone have a photo of the old left back Paul Cross.?

Google doesn't seem to be playing ball.

There was a picture of him on here the other day - was it from the Barnsley FC Wall? He was on the front row with a moustache and dark foppy hair, if memory serves me right. (I remember noticing him as I went to school with him).

I presume you wanted one of just him, but you might be able to do something with the team photo. If not, I'm pretty sure I have a signed photo of him in a scrap book somewhere!

Interesting one of the 1947/48 team for two reasons. It was obviously taken on a match day in front of a pretty sparse crowd, or maybe it was before 5 past 3 so there wouldn't be anybody there yet.
The second thing though is the best bit - look at those muck stacks behind them! Barnsley Main pyramids more like. Incredible

There's one of him in the first team, 86/87 as well. Front row next to Gordon Owen

Thanks for that, it was for my step sister who works at Ardsley House and Paul Cross works in the gym there. She used to watch Barnsley around the time he played for us but she couldn't remember him while at Oakwell
