    Good. So did I when I left four years ago. However, it was the best thing I did when leaving. I was determined not to wallow in self pity and used the opportunity to do things I really wanted. It's given me a new lease of life and I hope the same happens with you.

    do you know what, i have really enjoyed all of the 28 years, and today was a really nice day. I didnt want to leave but its the start of a whole new adventure
