Hope its worth it for you and safe trip - are you going back tomorrow straight after the game or staying over in Tarn Saturday night?
sorry confused, thought there was only a 4pm in in a day 4am, - Commitment good on you, like other safe journey down.
Do you use the A66, John? There's been a major accident on it & it's now closed eastbound. Unfortunately, Crystal & Laura are stuck in the traffic jam and have been for the past four hours. They've now been told the road needs re surfacing and they could be there all night as there's no place to turn round. Just thought you'd like to know, mate.
Re: Do you use the A66, John? Thanks mate, I'll stick to the M74/M6/M61/M62/M1 route this weekend I hope they come up with a solution which finds them in a safe place soon enough! I was stuck in a traffic jam for nearly 13 hours during that barmy winter a few years ago, certainly not a fun situation to be in.
Okay, mate I'm worried, as they're stuck out in the wilds and have no food or water. Nor are there any pubs or shops nearby. However, the accident sounds extremely serious, as someone has had to be air lifted to hospital. As long as Laura & Crystal are safe, I'm not going to complain as others haven't been as lucky.
Re: Okay, mate You should get in touch with Dyson, see if his mate can drop off a food parcel in his helicopter
Thankfully They're heading south now on the A1. I never thought of Dyson's mate. What a brilliant suggestion!
I thought you'd just be crawling in from the Palace at that time Safe journey and come back with 3 points. I don't think I can do Burnley but I'll get back soon with a confirmation.
We deserve 3 points just for your effort alone mate. I really hope we get something tomorrow, an O'Grady winner would be class.
Safe drive. Make sure you head back to Scotland with 3 points. I'm off to bed now (10pm on a Friday night!!!) with the intention of getting up in time to find an internet feed at 5a.m. Let's see if I make it or not.
