M1 speed camera's

what the situation with them.

I sit there doing 50mph as it says and loads of people seems to speed by me,

Do they not care about the limit or license.

 

White van man is exempt from all speeding tickets.

 

1. If your speedo says 50 you're probably doing 45
2. Camera's only set to trigger for 60 mph as too many tickets is unpopular and speedo's are allowed to be innacurate - so doing 56 on GPS is about 63 on the clock - 20% or more faster than you.
3. They're probably only on at certain times.
4. Everybody's got james bond style flip number plates these days havne't they.

 

Moaning get, just put your foot down and get in the fast lane

 

Just stick at 50 and don't give a toss what anyone else is doing

 

Some outside the current roadworks have signs saying "not in use". I think they are there for future use (some were in the works a few weeks ago).

On the other hand some people are just kn08s

I forgot myself the other week in my way to work at 5:30am on a Saturday and went through the lot at 70 mph

Speeding seems to be tolerated on the motorways, it's just those who take the p*ss with it who get done

 

Are Sat Navs definitely more accurate than your speedo? I've heard that
