Just waiting for Ben to come back with a suitable date for a meeting in a town pub on Evening (Probably Old No 7 downstairs if its available). I take it this would be more agreeable than an afternoon meeting?
I've not been downstairs in the No. 7 for something like 30 years. Is the ceiling still about five feet from the ground?
What a strange little troll you are. There are 7 different pubs included in the Reds on Tour. No 7 is just one of them.
Why have the people west of the borough been ignored in this tour gally ? The club wanted penistone reds help on open days when the don was in charge, we not worthy anymore under Big Ben ?
Actually we brought this up with Ben at our meeting last week and suggested there ought to be one in Penistone.
no idea, and not really bothered. there's 7 pubs to choose from. if people want to go, they'll go. if they don't, they won't. the Club are trying to do something positive and engage with supporters. it might not be to everyone's liking, but no one's forcing anyone to go. some people are just intent on whinging, regardless.
News to me! I mean that the club are working with Acorn / Old No 7 on a new project that will be announced shortly.
