Well after 17 games last season we had 16 points, so if we win two of our next three at least we will be on par with last season instead of way behind.
I think we'll be fine, I've seen all our games this season again and on the back of what I've seen I've backed us at 5/1 to be top south Yorkshire i think we'll piss it and i think yeovil will in down so by that logic i think we'll stay up
Ya see i saw a much better team then ours and knew not every team in this league as the quality and cutting edge they have, and once we've played the next 12 games we'll be odds on to be top south Yorkshire team we're nowhere near the same level as the top 10 in this league but where better then the bottom 10, and you see that once we've played them
You've got a thing with this on par with last season. You ever thought about last season being a freak season and the same points tally this year would probably see us comfortable? 55 pts the season before last would have seen us in 18th.
Think we're settling darn a bit now, more of a settled team. Never judge owt on the early stages of a season, too many freak results and teams going 100mph that don't last. I see no reason why we can't achieve 9 pts and l think we'll be sitting mid table by xmas.
I really hope you're right, but the managers of these team will see us as 3 points too. Being on telly twice in the last couple of weeks has also given them plenty of material to assess our team. I'd be happy with anything more than 4 points from the next three. Hope we get 9.
Lightning can strike twice so we don't really know for sure that last season won't happen again this. We expected to pick up more points from our "easier" run of games but even though we are three unbeaten we only won one of them. We need to pick up points quickly incase we struggle in the reverse fixtures of the tough teams we've already played.
