Anybody a computer expert? (in relation to Football Manager 2014)

    Hi,

    I've bought the new Football Manager today and it's getting past all the adverts but for some reason doesn't get to the main menu and cuts out.

    I've bought all the previous games and despite the odd problem, it's always got further then this.

    Can someone give me a bit of advice or is it just a ***** game I've bought and need to take it back and replace it?

    Its probabaly trying to tell you to get out more, get a life and stop playing computer games at your age.

    Yeh it does.

    I remember having a 'similar' problem a few years ago and had to delete some memory because didn't delete any other games.

    And for getting a life hahahaha very true

    Yep, this is my life. Least its the club I supports forum and not Wednesdays, Middlesborughs, Wigan etc

    Might be totally different but i've had my laptop cut out when its over heated.

    sounds to me that your graphics card isnt up to spec

    Does it crash dump after you click 'play'?
    If so that's what's happening with me.
    Baffling as my laptop has the correct specs to play, in fact my mates who have inferior pcs to mine are up and running!

    Its getting through all the adverts but ****s off once the main menu tries and gets through. I'm going to take it back and see if its the game, if not, its obviously my computer and ill just wait a few months and put it on a laptop
