Loan Move for Reuben Noble-Lazarus - More from the official site... 12-11-2013 03:30 PM
It'll probably do him good, but as many have and will point out, Flicker said he is ready for an extended run in our side. I don't know if he is, but he was definitely a better option on the wing than Dawson, although thankfully we've stopped that nonsense. We're still playing Mellis there though, who could be a great central midfield player, but he's not a winger and I'd prefer RNL in there. Although I don't know if I'd play RNL ahead of JOB and Cywka.
My main problem with loaning him to S****horpe is that we loaned them Jordan Clark earlier in the year and he barely got a game. As a club, that'd really bother me - especially if I'd sent him out specifically to play games. Lots of clubs would surely be willing to take a talented young player like RNL on loan and actually play him...so why S****horpe?
Good luck, Reubs. Go and enjoy your football, and hopefully when you get back in January the new manager treats you better.
I'm hoping that RNL gets his head down and does well. He is being I'll served by Flitcroft and I'd be off to give the big V sign and make him play me.
Over rated perhaps? Flitcroft has rightly jusitied that RNL was dropped due to us going to a back four now, instead of a 5. RNL as a wing back yes, LB no.
What an absolute disgrace! Flitcroft is doing himself no favours with this, none whatsoever. Reuben should be playing every week for us IMO, not for a sh1tty league 2 side.
Every week? Come on pal. If he's THAT good why has no club come in for him at a higher level than s****horpe?
Maybe Jordan Clark was taken there by Brian Laws with high hopes. Then he saw Jordan in training and he wasn't as good as he initially thought so wasn't worthy of game time just to try and make us happy. That he's not been loaned back out to another club after his waste of time at Scunny makes you wonder.
Firstly your rubbish comments about the Academy on the Jake Scott thread and now this rubbish. Jordan Clark was taken as cover for a winger that was injured. The winger was Esajas. you've not got a clue
I think its a good move, look at Andros Townsend he was sent out on loan to lots of lower league clubs, gave him the kick up the backside he needed and turned him into a top performer this season - who knows come January we could see something similar in RNL
