Last time we played 3-5-2, we played Reuben LWB. We won.

Of course we've not the personnel to play it now. He's just got rid.

And we aren't playing 4-4-2 reight successfully in my opinion.

Wait til he faces a decent winger again.

Reuben had Hammill in his pocket last time he played LB/LWB.

Good move. Don't understand te comments on here. It's good for players to play. Hopefully he will approach this with the right attitude and come back a better player. He has looked ok with potential to me but nothing more. He's got a long way to go and needs to play games.

    We've sent Kennedy on loan?

RNL played LWB vs Leicester and was absolutely torn to pieces. His positional sense that day was horrendous and he was hauled off not long after half time. We also lost that game.

No, I don't see room for improvement there. Although he did ok Saturday but we still looked vulnerable on the flanks. He's no neil Thompson.

I saw that game. Wasn't his best performance. Was still 0-0 though at half time. Then Kennedy failed to track a runner and we conceded.

He's not even Jay Maccavelli. Which says a lot. On similar coin though probably.

Can't be. Mark Robins had a budget only matched by Man City.

I thought Jaymac was an awful defender, but going forward he was decent. TK is neither.

He was decent in a back three. No problem with him playing there again. Impressed me a lot last season. But at left back he's a waste of a shirt.

I thought he was showing excellent form under MR towards the 2010/11 season. Unfortunately the last two managers have not given him a fair opportunity. They've managed to bring plenty of ***** in on loan though.

I'd agree with all of that.

I find this hard to fathom. RNL is one of the most naturally-talented members of our squad, and it's not like we're bursting with creativity. I can't think of many (any?) mistakes he's made when he has played. I'm gobsmacked that we can favour journeymen over a talent like Reuben. Six years on from his debut, Reuben is going to take more 'development' than the Channel Tunnel at this rate.

Pretty much agree with everything here. We have around 4567 midfielders who can run around all day whilst creating absolutely nothing offensively yet we are happy to ditch one of the few who can.

He's more Gary Coatsworth. Improving just enough to be classed as a below par defending from his previous absolutely abysmal. Can't pass, overlap or shoot. Exactly the kind of player that holds us back. I support him when he plays because he gives all he has but trying hard doesn't magic ability unfortunately.

One of the things that we were meant to be doing this season was stopping the development of our younger players by blocking up space with loan players. This hasn't happen all our developing players have gone backwards in the last 3 months poor management of those players undermining confidence, belief and form. It saddens me really.

Completely disagree with Flicker on this one. He's one of few players in our squad that can make things happen.

It doesn't matter whether you can make things happen or not because Flitcroft isn't trying to win games, he's playing for clean sheets and 0-0 draws.

It also doesn't matter how you perform during matches, all that counts is whether you've got a cool nickname and used to holiday in a giant tent in Rochdale with the rest of the boys.

Kennedy as a left footed player is somewhere below Barnard/Thompson/Appleby but above Gibbs/Donovan.

I can’t any positive in this loan move; it’s just a bewildering decision considering our current state.
