My mate who created the logo's for my Sports Diary App has sent me a few alternate ideas for the new BFC logo (More to come) but wondered what people thought?

Well designed, but don't think I'd want them on the shirt. A bit too gimmicky.

Bottom left is pretty good but I'm not sure about the other two.

A bit American for my tastes, although the bottom left has potential

    U, U, U S A.......... why can't we stick to traditional?!?

Obviously a talented designer, although like the clubs (Leeds based design agency) efforts they are so far off the mark IMO

Not sure I understand what people mean by "too USA / too gimmicky". You can't get much worse than the old-fashioned and cluttered badge we have at the moment. It's time to simplify and modernise our logo, so to me the bottom left one is pretty good. It has a white rose, which is what most people seem to be clamouring for, but maybe remove the little white triangle things and have "Spectemur Agendo" around the outside?

I'm not having a go. Far from it. I'm old school and like what I like and know where I'd like this rebrand to go. Thats 'backwards' to our history and not go down the 'brand' route.

They're good designs and very arty but don't inspire my wishes for what I'd ideally like to see.

I'm all for heritage. Not anti-change as I've said before. But all these (Cardiff/Hull) changes are as far removed as I could imagine from
What I think we should encourage and celebrate!

I don't go with your 'white rose theory'. From what I understand and have read the white rose for most symbolises the Leeds/Sheff U badges and most are opposed

Genuine request. Ask him to tweek the Oakwell badge but not too modernised! I'd genuinely like to see some professional offerings as that would be my preferred choice.

The white triangles are thought out too in his image .... They are meant to represent diamonds ...I.e "from coal"

If we are to be traditional,

I'll ask again as in other threads, where is the glass blower? Mining's gone, but glass is still here.

Sorry, but I don't like any of your mates designs.

It's been mentioned on many occasions on past threads over these last few days/weeks (not by me I hasten to
    add although I do agree)

Why celebrate Yorkshire when we've so much more closer to home to celebrate and champion if it's dome in the right way

Maybe it's a personal thing (although I didn't think it was just me) but when your other half is from Lancashire, you take great pride in anything "white rose"!
