    Better than A B C & D so at least that's a start.

Seriously though.... it's a start (mungo excluded at least)

Mean looking Toby for me, without the pick or the round bit, just the dog, no spikes on the collar ether instead give him a chunky collar with Barnsley FC wrote in it, do all that and we've got the best badge in the league imo

A cartoon dog as a logo? That won't appeal to the "that's too American/too gimmicky" brigade. Nor would it appeal to me.

This thread just proves that not everybody will be happy, whatever we went with.

Some want coal, glass, a rose, a well.... all in one badge.

It's a thankless task. Badly attempted by BFC/Fantastic Media, admittedly.

But the current crest is ****. And I guarantee that one of the four options offered up, will be THE choice. So unless you're going to get in touch with the club and try communicating with them, any bairning on here is ******* pointless.

Its clear most people want a change, its clear most people hate them new ones, and its also clear you can't please everyone, but reading on here and social media outlets the Oakwell badge is most popular option, club need to take notice and act upon it.

If the poll results by the club are the same as the one on here the club will no doubt adopt a different approach I reckon.

I'll be trying for a word in Bens ear int Courthouse which I'm sure they did in Wombwell t'other day aswell

Sadly mate, I think you're wrong. While the vast majority of this BBS appear to be against ANY of the four proposed designs (myself included), I still believe we reflect a minority. We are a very vocal, but very small, proportion of the c8k fan base. I think the vast majority of people will just vote for one of the 4 as effectively 'best of a bad bunch'.

I had a 'conversation' with a guy in the ESU on Saturday. Overheard him saying he didn't like any of the four, but had voted for D anyway. When I asked him why, he said 'I just went for the one I preferred'. When I asked him why he didn't vote to keep the existing one, if he didn't like any of them, he said 'well they'll just do what they want anyway, they won't keep the existing one'.

Where do you go from there!?!? I suspect many will be following that suit.

Result - we'll end up with some half ar$ed, terribly designed crest, which redefines our future and was selected largely through apathy.

How about a friendly pre-match protest at Birmingham???? Just to show there is some genuine dissent, among the people who genuinely do care?

We shouldn't rip Kyote's mate. He's just doing his mate a favour, and technically they look very professional. But this shows exactly what happens, when someone with little to no sense of Barnsley FC or their history, jumps onto a PC and has a play. Which is essentially what Fantastic Media and Be Proud have done.

I'm seriously pi$$ed about the four proposed designs :(

Not right for the shirt, but they would be great on Tshirts for the kids, Its exactly where the merch for youngsters aught to be going. Good effort pal.
