Terrific result for GFA. I have watched most of it and they have all played very well. Wiseman looks like he will get another cap as well - unless a higher standard right back comes forward. Really pleased for them - great effort

The fans had to travel five hours to Faro and I bet the Spanish border police take it out on them when they get back to the border. Probably keep them there until breakfast time

Was Wiseman captain? Good result for them and as someone once said, clean sheets are king.

Seems strange that UEFA don't think this is acceptable for international games

    But this is (Faroe Islands)

Only thought is from some pictures it looks like the Gibraltar pitch may be artificial.

Maybe it's because that thing in the background that looks like a road is actually the airport runway and UEFA, in their first sensible decision in years, don't want to stage a football game when there's a 50/50 chance of everyone being killed.

It's a joke mate, I haven't done scientific research on the subject. I was exaggerating, for comic effect, the point that building a sports arena at the side of an airport runway maybe isn't the safest place in the world for it.

I'm glad I don't have to explain every single little thing I say out in the real world like I do on here. I'd never leave the house.

Nowt to be sorry about mate.

I don't know if you've ever been to Gibraltar, but if you're in that part of the world it's worth a visit. For some reason it's got the reputation of being a **** hole, but it's not. The view from up on the rock is fantastic. You can see across to Africa and all the boats as they enter and exit the Med. It's no wonder we want to keep hold of the place. And the beer and cigs are for nowt.

You actually have to walk or drive across the runway to get on to Gibraltar. It's really odd. Red man comes on, barrier comes down, plane lands right in front of you, green man comes on and you walk across.

    A terrific result

And one they'll do well to match in the coming years.
