No surprise there. England get to stand out in the hot sun all day.
Unless we get them all out for less than a hundred of course ;)

Plugged in to TMS until I fall asleep.......

Playing like the M1 this. Bowlers keeping it tight enough but can't see a wicket coming soon.

It is if the cricket's as dull as this for 5 days!! Not at Millwall can't afford it.

Its not dull, i would say its edgy at the moment. I would feel worse if it was us batting. Can see us getting them out for 290, we get 445 then get them out 234 and we knock the runs off in under 1 session. Easy peasy Saint and Greavsise

England have bowled well this morning Wellsie in my opinion.

Kept it tight after they got away quickly. Could have had another wicket early. 10 centimeters lower and watson could have gone straight away. Warner 10CM away from been caught by bell at gully

Yeah I tend to agree, nice and tidy if pretty unthreatening. Bit of a bonus wicket with Watson getting himself out but a good session for England. Need Clarke early in this session to really get into them now.

I hope you're right mate. For a good hour in the middle of that session nothing happened for me. Warner v Swann looks a good battle but there were no play and misses, no loose shots at all really. Big wicket to get Watson when we did.

Every time they get that broad chant going he bags a wicket. 4/4 to broad so far. should have had a bet on him and taken my own advice RE him been the leading wicket taker.

    You did.

They are getting reward for earlier now i think. They will call it patience and bowling dry which will make them play at balls that they normally wouldn't have.

Agreed, although the aussies will be disappointed with the shots they've played. Not convinced with Tremlett so far but its still early doors.

Certainly but they will not like giving England any credit for it.

Warner got 20 at around a run a ball and was down to about 49 at a strike rate of 64ish i think so that a big drop for them second 29 runs. He will then start to play silly shots and get out.

Extra bounce just nips him out.
Another wicket before tea would be great. Harris and Siddle are okay but England should fancy knocking them over

I'd say they're both number 10's, Lyon is a bunny. Fancy Swann to get Johnson before tea.
