    I think Flickers days are numbered. Today needed a win and at worst a cant lose game and we've now given a relegation rival 3 points.

    Just not good enough. Going down for sure with the current setup. Sad to say but true. Time to act BFC. Read him the riot act and tell him to go out trying to win games or get shut for someone who will.

    Its very sad, because Flicker is a great bloke, but sometimes you're not the man.

    Barnsley have 57 per cent of play and only 5 shots on target. This is because we are again set up for defensive draw. If we are to survive, we need to alter our style of play. I am afraid you can do what you want with a Carthorse but it will never be a racehorse. We either need a new system, a new manager come coach, or different players.
