    Really really liked Flicka but there needs to be a fresh approach in the dressing room and that can only come about with a change of manager

    We have the players to make a decent team but its obvious that its just not happening on the field

    The effort is there, although at Millwall it sounds as tho it wasn't,........we just need a change of tactics

    Problem is..........if Flicka goes..........who comes in?..............because there's no one out there at the moment which catches the eye

    Agree totally. Just hope Mansford and Watkins have envisaged making a change and have a suitable replacement waiting in the wings.
