    I would imagine that Cryne/Watkins/Mansofrd will have used the weekend to give their minds some clarity.

    They will have reached a decision now, it's just what is that decision.......stay or go?

    I honestly believe they will stick with him, but I think it's the wrong way to go.

    Job is crying out for experience.

    He has to go this week because if we lose to Birmingham we will be even more in the **** and if we beat Birmingham it will give him more time to prolong the inevitable.
