Reuben's on the bench, for a club that regularly starts Deon ******* Burton.

Problem is clubs seem to dictate to us that we have to play loan players yet when we send ours out on loan we never insist on the same

i don't think the idea of loaning them outs a bad thing but not playing a Barnsley player regular for the second time this season isn't very good.

Both RNL and Clark are more than good enough for that level and haven't been given starts.

    Not good.

I thought the last time RNL played we lost 2-1 at Leicester? I didn't think he played against Middlesbrough?

Yes. He was subbed off after the first Leicester goal. Kenned's mistake, Reuben to blame.

Meanwhile, Reuben has been on the Spotland pitch for SEVEN minutes and set up TWO goals. Bet Keith's fuming even more. :D

    I know you would, pal.

I'm just glad his loan is going okay for him. He could be there all season and gain a promotion. Come back to us in fine fettle.

Whitey, you're not doing yourself any favours here. Although I totally agree that he should still be at Oakwell and playing, he was dreadful against Leicester and deserved to be taken off.

Wouldn't be on his own though would he and others have been worse and either never have been dropped or are now back in the fold...

Nope, not at all. That's kinda the point though. We could argue til the cows come home the reasons RNL SHOULD be in the team, but using his performance at Leicester isn't one because he was dreadful. This is in now way me saying he shouldn't have played since, because I strongly believe he should. I am baffled as to why he's not playing, he deserves at least 5 or 6 games to prove his worth.
