I reckon once you turn 21 you should pack in until you hit retirement then replace your inevitable beige smart/casual sports polo and wear the current shirt on match day. Anyone in between age wise it just seems wrong.

Retro yes, current no! And last, previous season is even worse.

    Is it just me?

    I love wearing mine

And if it upsets the sneering, belittling, condescending, self appointed style gurus, so much the better.:D

So supporting your club and showing your support for your club is now cringe-worthy?

    Strange.

I love Aldi but I don't do my weekly shop in an Aldi T-shirt. Nuff said, I don my Gola polo and casual it up a bit.

I get that by buying a shirt you're supporting the club, but I just don't get wearing it to a match day. It just seems to me like some people wake up and throw owt on to wear. But opinions vary.

    What abart...

if you are/have been playing football? That's my exception. I still wouldn't wear a full matching kit though.

There maybe quite a few more in outdated shirts if the badge thing turns sour. I wear an oldie cos it represents me as a fan and I`m also a tight git.

    Just Sports get fecked.

    This fashion example is terrible.

It actually comes from USA where young thugs who are put in prison, have their belts taken away from them to avoid suicide hanging, thus leaving their jeans (or pants as the Yanks call em) hanging low and below their arse cheeks.

And our youth of today copy that.........SAD in every way!
