Not a fan of the guy, think he might be the impact manager we need though

Might be entertaining. Can't see it happening though.

If they appoint him I wouldn't set foot inside Oakwell...

do we really need a man with an ego arguably twice the size of Keith's? we need somebody to galvanise the team not set us all further apart.

Just can't stand the man. His behaviour as a player, especially at Hillsbrough during the Prem season; his connection with the Ultras in Italy; his style of management, some of the stories that came out of Sunderland were bizarre...

His connection with the ultras isn't a problem, not all ultras are fascist, they all sway varying degrees to the left and the right. the problem is that he was a supporter of the Lazio ultras group the irriducibili who are far right supporters.

I wouldn't mind him at all.

I think he would improve our work rate and he wouldn't allow any players that didn't give 100% on or off the ball

I'm with Woodbine on this (although I would still attend Oakwell).

Di Canio and Barnsley are not a good mix.

If he was appointed manager I would cease supporting a club I have cheered (and occasionally booed) since 1974, when my Dad took me as a 10 year old.

    No pasaran!
