    Bring in a LB
    Give Digby more opportunities
    Look at moving Dawson, Perkins and Etuhu out of the club.

    Reminds of when it took MR ten minutes to realise that Special Kay and O'Neill Thompson were fecking useless. I knew he was the one for me.

    I like that Conan.....pretty much in-line with my thoughts, although I might give Etuhu a chance (Dawson and Perkins can go).

    I don't think it's that simple though. I think under the terms of the loans that we are stuck with Fox and Ramage and I doubt we can recall RNL.
    On the whole though, I agree with all your suggestions, although I'd probably hang on to Ramage.
    A left back with pace has got to be a priority as has a box to box midfielder with an eye for goal. I've always thought Cywka is capable in such a role if someone would show a bit of faith in him.

    I would hope that we would have sense to put release/recall clauses in the loan deals.

    I seem to remember O'Niell Thompson starting in one of Robins' first games - he was however halled off around 20 minutes later :p

    Dunt laugh but I think Mellis could do that job if he puts the effort in - there were glimpses second half on Saturday. And Wilson could be the one to get him to do it.

    I think the 1st thing the new manager should do is make his own mind up on players not listen to anyone else views. If that means letting certain players go, Hassell etc, then so be it.

    Kelvin was different class end of last season. Like so many others, asked to play out of position in a formation that doesn't work. A lot of players have been made to look like bad players, due to mismanagement.
