Not for me thanks. I think he's still an influential member of the squad, and would rather use him to that end at the moment. However, I wouldn't be averse to him joining the coaching staff if the new management were to do that.

I think you are right with that - he probably deserves a chance to go into coaching with the youths and see how it goes. He could be manager one day, but you are probably looking at 3-5 years of working through the UEFA badges and learning the trade first.
i've heard from a very reliable source, that he's retiring at the end of this season, and taking a Head Development role at Sheffield Wednesday.
