    Ha Ha!.

They won't even be in Europe next season at this rate.

What's the odds on Moyes not lasting more than a year I wonder.

Hmmm, we appoint Mellon or Warnock to May. United fail to make Europe and Moyes gets sacked. We appoint Moyes over the Summer.

    If only...

Everton got the manager that Man Utd should have gone for IMO. Moyes is getting found out.

    Eh? Really?

Martinez proved he can get his sides to play well on the odd occasion but every year Wigan never improved, always aiming for the two or three places above the bottom three. Culminating in relegation in his last year. Won the cup yes, that was a brilliant achievement for a club like Wigan. But had he lost that game v City I can't imagine he'd have got the job he has, cup final losers and relegated. Right CV...

I think Martinez might do well but there's no way he should be at old Trafford, not yet anyway. And that's no endorsement of David Moyes, the most overrated person to leave Liverpool since Dale Jennings.

I don't think anybody would have done a better job at Wigan, I know they constantly flirted with relegation and were eventually relegated but I think he did a fantastic job with the tools he had. He's starting to show that he can get a decent side playing well too and unlike Moyes he can get Everton to turn up against the top teams. I've never got this Moyes bandwagon, he did a decent job at Everton but no better and his record against the big teams (inc. Liverpool) was abject and I think he will get found out at Man Utd.

He isn't from there though is he.

Christ almighty, another thread bombed by a pedantic correction. Which wasn't even right.
