Look out Barnsley, here I come

Just booked my ticket for the Yeovil match. I'm a shockingly occasional supporter these days so it's kind of a big thing for me. More excited than a 43-year old should be about a football match.

So, where's the pre-match atmosphere these days, pub-wise?

Courthouse early doors then No7 and Chennels seem busiest. Then Groggers for the stimulating conversation. Oh and Mount busy as always.

 

Thanks Mr Stunt. I was thinking Courthouse as I could do with some grub too. I must admit I don't know No7 (I'm "not from round these parts") so I might check that out too if I have time. Cheers.

Bring a good Burgundy with thi pal and I'll have a drink wi tho in Courthouse! (Or anywhere else in Town for that matter!)

 

I can see that going down well with the stewards. "I don't care if it IS a 1962 Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru, pal, you're not bringing it in."

If you see a slightly bewildered looking bearded bloke with a black coat and a red whippet badge in the Courthouse though do say hello!

 

Ah never mind. I'll do better than say hello ..... I'll buy thi one of Barnsley's best .... Well a pint from courthouse!
