I can understand getting lost, the road system is shocking. The directions are painted on the roads which are covered in cars. Three times I have done this run and every time I have to barge my way to get where I want to go getting blasts of car horns. They all seem to be angry drivers and very unforgiving.

As for the place, it soon knocked the Christmas spirit out of me. Grim is an understatement. We sat in a cafe in the shopping area and just outside a couple of local scroats were squaring up to each other.

This is very high on my list of pet peeves. Often at roundabouts it's so late that when there's queuing traffic you're right on top of the lane indicator by the time you can see it and by then it's too late to do anything but a late manoeuvre into traffic which you often just passed while blissfully ignorant that you were in the "wrong" lane. I like to think of myself as a considerate driver so it really winds me up when the traffic signage makes me appear like just another inconsiderate so-and-so trying to take advantage of his fellow motorist.

I've done 40+ games the last 5 or 6 years. This season I've managed 2 away. Many factors involved, the main one cost. Like Funnyfella says, it's a dear job. Second. Quality of the product.... We've been poor to say the least over the past 5 years, but this season has been awful.

Lastly. We've been in the division that long, that there's only 3 grounds I haven't been to. The football league generously put us away at Bournemouth on a Tues night (****s) which leaves Yeovil and Wigan. Might put an appearance in at Birmingham net years day. Not paying 36 quid to get into Leeds, the robbing b@stards.

I've missed 1 game in 5 years in the league home and away that was Brighton away last season, it's costs a small fortune to honest but its what i enjoy doing its a good day out and sometimes i enjoy the match too , i must say though i think this week as been the most ive enjoyed watching us play for quite some time so feels like i've rewarded for my efforts

fair play nightmare. massive respect for that. i tend to disagree with most of the things you say, but your support is second to none.

I never said the support was embarrassing. What I said was why put the pic on.

If we sold out then pics like that work, instead it's a pic from far away showing a small group of fans. Lazy work from the club, couldn't they go over and take a pic in front of the stand.

Hypocritical? Next time don't jump to conclusions, how's that for hypocritical?

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the picture, they're showing our fans who made the effort to make it to Turf Moor. If they only took pictures of our fans when we filled a stand, we'd never see any pictures.

Afraid Wigan set for a midweek now mate. Just that ground new for me. In nineties now so few places not been. Gone from 20 away games to about a dozen
