    Can't see why myself....

    He took over Blackpool and palace who were expected to struggle and worked wonders.

    I don't think he is a big time Charlie who would think he is to big for is. If people are worrying about his wage demands at the moment he is on nothing at the moment with only us and Wednesday looking.

    Give him a ring ben.........(that's assuming you haven't already)

    I'd be more concerned that he's likely to be offered a bigger job somewhere else and go within a short time period.

    He took over Palace when they were in the play-off area. He also had a wages bill of £11m which Steve Parish their chairman described as an average championship amount.

    I've nothing against him particularly, I just think he is a media darling and a bit of a triumph of form over substance.

    I don't see him as a 'good fit' ... but what do I know, I wanted Spackman.
