Coming back home for Xmas with the family. Staying at the parents but they arrive home on the 18th December. And after noticing that the cribs are playing in Leeds n successfully getting tickets, I am now coming back on the 16th to see both gigs.
Need a decent hotel for 2 nights that will accommodate 2 young ones also
    Cheers

Not sure what type you are looking for but my brother always stays in the Premier Inn off Town End whenever he comes over.

Halifax hall hotel in Sheffield is very good. We got a suite with breakfast for 110 for two of us but it could easily accommodate kids as it had a lounge area with sofa bed. It was excellent.

    Burntwood Court,
    The Fairway,
    Premier Inn in town,
    Brooklands,
    Ramada Encore,
    Tankersley Manor,
    Keel Motel,
    Travellodge,
    Ardsley House,
    Wortley Hall.

Probably many more knocking about but there the better ones from memory where the missus's parents stay when they visit.

This year they have rented a lodge wherever it is on holiday lettings.com or whatever site.

When up from London I always stay at the Premier Inn near the Lamproom behind the Town Hall. Book early enough and you can get a room for £29.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, Bar/Restaurant joined to it, I highly recommend it.

Depending on ages of the family. If kids maybe Brentwood, Ardsley House, Tankersley Manor or Brooklands, The Fairway has a bar/restaurant with toddler play area. So has burntwood I think. Plenty more hidden around town.

I love the cribs music but not personally their biggest fans person wise. Logan square is a dump tbh where all the hipsters live.

Ardsley House has gone down hill rapidly over the past few years. Still do functions there in their main suite and its never clean when we get there.

As for Travelodge, don't be fooled by the cheap prices. Its disgusting. I used to work there.

The rooms haven't been refurbished since built in early 90's and there is always a few chavvy, shouty, abusive couples there.

    Top place is Travelodge! :D
