No but I say to the coppers it was me I did it I bludgeon her with my Neil Redfearn statue officer. I have killed my wife. It was me. There is no doubt that I was responsible. On a more serious note one of my former jobs involved work on the prosecution of a woman who in domestic circumstances in front of witnesses had killed her husband. The act obvious. The victim obvious. Straightforward bang her up then. Of course the trial took into account the 20 years of physical, sexual and emotional abuse that preceded it.

Don't you think if you make special cases of these people changing your justice system just for them. They have changed you irrevocably and won?

Nutters sometimes do admit to things they haven't done. Not that I am saying you are a nutter.

In the case of the women it was right there is a full trial, the evidence in front of the judge would refer to the abuse, it wouldn't just come out in court as a surprise.

No not really if things aren't working correctly it needs changing, fixing the justice system , laws is no exception, the British system is seen as a soft touch and needs updating in all ways.

Seen as a soft touch by who?

Is this because we are civilised and don't have state sponsored murder?

Im suprised you believe we live in a civilised society. But then i suppose in relative terms you may think this. State sponsored murder would only be killing someone who is not guilty of a hyenas crime not someone who is guilty as the big nose on your face. And before the spellin police step in i did put hyenas

When the right to trial is relinquished then whether a trial takes place becomes a subjective decision.

This may not seem a big thing initially but it stops the state unilaterally convicting without question.

The whole trial is abhorrent bordering on the perverse but for justice to be done, it has to be through the correct process. If not then we as a country take a small step towards the very type of people who are on trial at the moment.

these cnuts when found guilty will be imprisoned for life probably, and chances are they'll be in wakey nick cause they get their fair share of muslim fanatics. They will get everything they request for their religion, prayers, halal meat etc,all the time costing the taxpayer millions, does anyone else think they should get the death penalty, and I don't mean lethal injection either, they should be hung drawn and quatered or even killed fcukin halal style.

We don't have the death penalty though do we ?

Now whether we should or not is a different argument.

As for a method of any execution let's be clear, do want the offenders dead or subject to the same blood lust they inflicted upon their victim in other words revenge ?

    I don't but that doesn't mean I'm right.
