    Because he was played out of position! I'm taking your comment "he plays for the team" to mean no matter where he's played he should perform...aye ok, in which case next game I suggest we go with Butland on the wing, Cranie up front, a back 2 of Scotland and O'Grady with Perkins in goal!

    Agreed, but he's not a winger! He has also been coming back from an injury around international trips abroad, he's not quite had a settled spell in the side yet with 100% 'Championship' match sharpness. With also a settled team and strike partner! Hoping him & COG can get things going in the new year under a new manager!!

    The thing that annoys me at Oakwell is the other fans, It's not like that away from Oakwell. Last week at burnley when there were about 700/800 fans.

    This one women voice, I was another quick shout away from flipping yesterday.

    You're a very observant chap, with views on every other aspect of the play. I don't quite understand why you need to see it again. But let me confirm - it was a dive. So, how do you feel about us scraping a point through cheating?

    That said, Tud's ferocious penalty did make me do a little sex wee.

    Oh and regarding the bbc stats, at one point last night they had the possession stat as Barnsley 63% Yeovil 38%. (I'd assume it was 62.5/37.5 both rounded).

    It has been changed now, but shows the use of stats to a point. When manipulated they can show anything you like. The statistics do not show what eyes did - yesterday's game involved Barnsley yet again being completely unable to beat a team who is likely to be be at least close to relegation, at home. Read donny, Wednesday, even Birmingham won't finish that high.

    Not good enough. But I suppose, as I sarcastically eluded to, with no Steele or Hassell in the team there's nobody to blame so you might as well blindly happy-clap.

    I thought we were disappointed and I came away feeling very down. Yeovil had shed loads of chances we also created sone but a better team than Yeovil would have buried us.

    They did not test butland whilst barnsley tested there goalkeeper.

    They missed at least 3 absolute sitters. It doesn't make any difference whether they put them wide or hit them straight at the keeper. We were very very lucky to only concede one goal.

    Defensive no, not good enough.
    I said yesterday those that went to burnley and or Brighton have seen that same defence play totally different. Ramage had a horror game Mario.

    Going forward I'm really pleased we created so many chances.

    alan shearer last night said, you worry when your not creating chances not when you are. We are creating lots of chances.
