    It's a matter of when not if IMO. If I was to make a bet it would be that there will be an announcement after the Leeds game (provided we're not torn a new arsehole).

    if Melon gets the job til end of season, we will go down. pointless exercise, trying to find a new manager at end of season with league one to look forward too. we have to get a new manager now, freshen up and new ideas

    I refuse to believe that anyone who witnessed the club pantomime on Saturday could contemplate letting Mellon anywhere near this job.

    I am prepared to concede that we should pay his first class fare to Bury (single) as a gesture of appreciation.
