    That seems to indicate that he does know it's a deal until the EOS. Strange one for me - I would have though the usual 12 month rolling contract would be offered. Do the board not have faith in their own recruitment skills?

    Fantastic. And great to hear Big John after all this time. Things went sour of course and there are many arguments to be had but oh for the leadership and direction that John offered as opposed to the rudderless ship of the last 10 years.
