For me I love 'Bad Santa' watched it last night, piss funny. Also can't beat the Home Alone films, classics!
Love Actually is pretty cheesy but always gets me in the festive spirit. Although not actually a Christmas film, Labyrinth was always on at Christmas when I was a kid and I still watch it now. One of Jim Henson's masterpieces.
I watched A Very Mary Christmas on one of those crappy Xmas channels. About a pregnant runaway, with Gene Simmons from Kiss as her neglectful rock star Dad and Linda Gray from Dallas as a tart with a heart ageing dancer. Sounds crap but it was actually really good, like Juno but festive.
A Christmas Carol - Alistair Sim and it has to be the black and white one not the colourised one. Bad Santa - hilarious Joyeux Noel - Just so poignant and will be more so next year when I watch Muppet Christmas Carol
Really don't get why Elf is so loved, but then again I don't find Will Ferrell funny. Watched Arthur Christmas the other night and I enjoyed that. Also not forgetting Die Hard 2!
