we have to be totaaly happy with that, I certainly am for one. A win on boxing day and a clean sheet would really get me buzzing. If only a sneaky 1 - 0 even.

just opened a bottle of Red... dunt get me started now

no seriously, that was a great result today. I think the majority of Barnsley fans would have taken that before kick off. I was not expecting anything at all from this game to be honest, I just did not want a humiliation.... we got much more today than just a point.

    don't count on that fella

I was able to attend a huge amount of the games that DannyBoy steered us through, he is a total legend IMHO... I was totally devastated and heart broken when the DeeDahs bought him out. I thought we had a great chance of Yo-Yoing between Champs and Prem with him as our Man...just like Curbishley did at Charlton and the bloke at Bolton ( who's name escapes me... was it Todd?) Since Danny went we have had just two men who have any kinda understanding as to how to go about this league IMHO... they are Dave Bassett and Mark Robbins... Both left as I understand because they were not going to get money to spend. Danny on the otherhand did it on a shoestring... I am absolutely rapturous he is back. My Mother in Law is less than that ... as she will now be entertained to the tarn version of " Winter Wonderland" .. as she was that year we won promotion , it was that year her 'Number 1 son in law' got so drunk after a family wedding in the july, that he totally lost his direction in her house ... and on locked into his auto pilot based on his own house then promptly went into the bathroom and took a pee in the linen basket....... apparently while singing the tarn version of "Winter Wonderland"

I am sooo happy Danny Boy is back....... Muriel however is changing the locks.
