Forget Schroedinger's Cat - it's the Double Slit Experiment that I'm more interested in!!! FNAR.

(And which also demonstrates the importance of observation upon the outcomes of universal possibilities far better).

    No

I know it was Sheldon's advice to both Penny AND Leonard. I was insinuating Jedi one is of similar height to Howard!

If she's willing to do that with you, she could do the same to you. Then you've lost your mate & his x wife.

Aye surely a bit of chaos theory with a dribble of Mandelbrot is more appropriate to most peoples love lives.

Ask your mate how he'd feel about it first. Don't worry about the fact she is your ex's mate, she's your ex, it doesn't matter what she thinks. Presuming your mate is all right about it, go for it. So long as you can take the potential disappointment there's nothing to lose. If it gets super awkward she's leaving in February anyway, so it'll be alright.

if your mate has well and truly finished with her then there isn't a problem, but if he's still with her then you should think twice.People who screw their best mates wives are scum bags (I had it done to me,so know first hand),I also knew another couple that were up to it aswell.
long time ago it happened to me,but its very difficult to get over the shock,he was my best mate,i treat him like a brother and would have given him anything, but he was lured in by that basterd I was married to and therefore is as big a lovely person as her.Things can get complicated and you could finish up battered if he still has any feelings for her,all I'm saying mate is tread very very carefully. It is only because I made a promise on my fathers life that I wouldn't do owt daft that he is still able to sit in the ponty and watch the tarn.
    reality isn't like a film,the grass isn't always greener,think long and hard.
But like I say,if things are long finished between those two then you've nowt to be ashamed of.
