I don't know any, but I'm not privy to who is and isn't a good trainer. I'm sure there are some, they're not robots after all.

    Lets not.

Walking in a Wilson Wonderland, there's only one Danny Wilson.

And fitness training doesn't involve replicating match day levels of effort. There's a whole load of techniques to do that. Match fitness is something very different.

what amazes me is peoples obsession with flitcroft now, he has gone time moves on people wanted wilson the messiah as returned, lets get behind the intelligence of somebody who seems to know what its about, yes training is good but its talking on the pitch that shows the training was worth it, in darts you can hit 180 after 180 but in a game its the double that counts and in a game over 90 mins 1 goal is the difference

I'm guessing that Paddy isn't the greatest trainer from Neil Lennon's comments on their time together at Celtic. I'd rather watch him than anyone else in our team.

Danny is keeping it simple, and I like that.

I think his comment about training is being taken out of context...........I would think he means that training is not the "be all and end all" and that players need to perform on match days as that's when the points are there to be won or lost.

Flicker, on the other hand, is over complicating the game. Does he believe taking a squad of lower league players to St George's Park will improve their game? If he does, that's fine, but he's wrong........and he's wasting money.

Football is a simple game, always has been.......pick your best players in their best positions and motivate them.

Pro Zone, intense training, pre-season camp in Spain. Look where it got him. The players got comfortable with his lovey-dovey style and didn't perform. Flicker is a grand bloke. But so am I, and I can't manage a football team.

Ledley King is another non-trainer/good game player example, by the way.

Seriously Phil you're not going to start a vendetta against Danny are you? Given our current status, position and budget there is no better manager available to us. We got the best man we could realistically get.

They've been kissed & cuddled new bus, trips to Carrington and Burton, GPS telling them when they are at a certain level, let off when they've put a ***** shift in, now its time to do it the old way with graft guts and some football know how, Pro Zone & Coaching badges don't manage football clubs, football men do, and we've got one now lets give him 5 years and see what he can do

Here we go again. I guess this was inevitable, after immediately restoring Bobby Hassell to the starting line up. Should be fun watching this one play out...
