After reading the threads this morning, it suddenly dawned on me. We have a pack of cards and have a bad hand. Well you can try and play them with a bit of good management, but you can only play the cards dealt. Barnsley unfortunately are the same. They are not a good hand and realistically they are going to struggle to improve. Wilson needs to be able to swap a few to improve. We keep discussing our individual players week in and week out, but we are recirculating the same arguments. We need this January to alter the hand or we will fail. Wilson must be given a fresh deck
