First impressions I like Parquet Courts. Also just getting into MBV which seems monumental. I don't like Savages tho, they just sound like a poor man's Kim Gordon to me

Euros' interests me- I heard his session on Marc Riley and he seems to have gone a bit Gorky's whimsical again?

Got back together in 2006. Jerry Cantrell does most of the vocals now. Not the same but better than nowt.

    "Obsidian Currents" Of Montreal
    "The Sing" Bill Callahan

I really liked that album with "sick man" on it back in the day. I was always into alternative and "grunge" but I loved their sound, proper dark and desperate rock n' roll

All of his solo albums can be downloaded for free (you can donate some money if you like what you're hearing) on his website! http://euroschilds.co.uk/

I gave up with his solo stuff a long time ago when most of it was just too weird, but the new album sounds pretty good from what I've heard so far... I'll have to check it out properly some time soon!

NIce one mate,I'll have to go check them out. I didn't know they were big in Finland! Euros is one of my favourite singers, I love the Gorkys. I once drove up to Aberdeen for a valentine's day gig with an ex girlfriend which destroyed her car. They were selling their T-Shirts out of boxes and looked so pissed off!
