Should be busting a gut to get in the side and replace dross like Dawkins, Kennedy or Cywka.

Or are they as spineless as the aforementioned?

    Dawkins?

    He might be spineless

    Or is it Hawkins?

    Jim (ooh arr) or Stephen?

Plus your "aforementioned" does not make it clear as to whether you mean Digby etc. or Dawkins etc.

    You may be comfort drinking

Only when he comes on as sub, when he starts a game he plays himseif out of the team. Cywka, Mellis and JOB are not good enough to be our creative players. Get rid of all 3.

Apart from Steele, they're the only ones I would keep.

For me we need more from our attacking players, being knocked out of both cups and bottom of the league probably proves this. I think our expectancy levels are that low that poor players are kidding us a little bit.

Commentators on Player thought that today Cywka was MOM "by a country mile". I wasn't there (obviously) so cannot comment other than what I heard.

Cywka played pretty well generally ... apart from fluffing some good chances

I thought he was good today. Then again I thought Mellis was too (maybe not so much second half, but he stood out a country mile for me the first half).

Probably a bit unfair on Cywka but yeah it definitely needs a massive shake-up now, nothing to lose.

I don't like to pick out individuals but based on the fact that he's been out of his depth since he arrived I'd rather not see Tom Kennedy in a reds shirt again.

Sorry Tom, I will applaud you if playing for one of our rivals in League One next season, mainly because of the joy our winger is going to get down the right side.

I agree those 4 Cranie and Hassell I'd keep and ditch the rest.

Cywka played well today. He put in at least 3 dangerous balls which would have been converted had we a decent striker (such as Leon Clarke). On a few other occasions Cywka did TK's job for him when our so called left back was elsewhere. Tommy is one of our best players. Richard Dawkins wasn't even picked today but he'd have done better than Stephen Dawson.
