Re: As others have said I'll sing it loud, I'll sing it proud. I AM THE BIGGEST DRAMA QUEEN ON THE BBS! My hissy fits are the stuff of legend, you're not in my league young sir!
Re: As others have said I'm planning to have the orders in the post tomorrow. They are in big cardboard envelopes and don't fit through regular letter boxes. There are about 25 of the 50 left so get in quick!! Order today and it will be sent tomorrow. PM me or email caton67@yahoo.co.uk
Re: As others have said If you have ordered and paid, expect delivery by the end of the week. If not, drop me a line. Cheers.
Re: As others have said All orders in the post, be with you in a day or two. Quite a few left, next mail out is on Friday, so get in now. When they've gone.... I'll be making a new un.
Re: As others have said Regarding frames - I'm not around to get them done, but if you go see Alan in Barnsley Market, ground floor by the escalator - he has some nice ready made frames, choice of finishes. He will mount the print in the card of your choice*, pop it in the frame and finish it up for £25. Which is pretty good. Alternatively, Elsecar Heritage do bespoke framing from about £40, which is where old Shenk had his done further up this thread. * I recommend off-white every time!
Re: As others have said Paul, did you give the two I wanted to Molly the other day? If not, would you mind posting them, rather than giving them to me on Saturday, as I'll only lose them in a pub! I'll give you the money on Saturday. On another note, are you still up for making a visit to Rev Preedy's grave on Saturday morning? I'm staying at Ollie's in Hendon and, if I remember from my time working in A&E at the Whittington, the 143 bus from Hendon will drop me at the cemetery gates, so I can meet you there at 10am. I think there's a song in that somewhere. It's a big old cemetery, so it's a bit of a walk from the grave to the station, but that should allow us plenty of time to get to the pub to meet the others. It's St Pancras and Islington cemetery, just up the road from East Finchley station, so not that far from you. I'm just hoping the stone hasn't been vandalised, but at the very least it is going to need cutting back and cleaning again, but we can have a good look on Saturday. If it's really overgrown again we'll have to borrow Big Lil's trowel! You'll see how old that part of the cemetery is by the size of the tree that is growing out of the grave next to his! Let me know if you're up for this and pm me your mobile number if you've changed it, as I couldn't get through to you the other day.
Re: As others have said Molly took the last one on Saturday, so I'll post two up tomorrow mate. Or maybe better next week when you are there? Buy me a Charlton ticket, I'm making a major guitar purchase tomorrow and am likely to be skint. The 143 stops at East Finchley cemetery but I'm pretty sure not St Panc & Islington. But you could get the bus or tube to East Finchley, where I'll meet you, then we can get the 263 to the cemetery. I hope the stone's okay, it's a fair way in, one's on the outside are most vulnerable to vandals. I know a landscape gardner who owes me a favour, so we might have some help there. I'll text you now.
Re: As others have said You're right, the 143 come in further down the road just before the cinema doesn't it. I might come in on the tube then, as I can then give Julie a hand with the kids until we get to Camden. I'll text you when I know what we're doing.
Shameless bump. Have people got their prints ok? One lazy postman folded one in half to make it fit through the letter box. Tut, cretin.
Arrived next day, need to source a frame for it so will try the kid on the market. Chuffed with it thanks Paul.
