    Macclesfield Town will seek an explanation from Sheffield Wednesday as to why the Championship club have set admission prices for their FA Cup replay without consulting them and will try to get those prices [£10 for adults and £5 for concessions] increased.

    They are absolutely skint, and this is their lifeline so I suppose they want to get as much out of it as they can.

    I believe the £15 minimum (unless agreed lower by BOTH clubs) does not hold for replays. It is down to the home club to set any price it wants.

    i don't think Wednesday have priced the match to get at Macclesfield,along with nearly all clubs Wednesday have a cart load of fans who want to watch football cheaper,so they are hoping a tenner might drag a cowd in.

    Must admit I dont want to side with the Fowls on this but if it was actually in the program which is printed by Macclesfield where did they get it from
    also I suspect that the law of diminishing returns applies here - make it £18 a game and hardly any wednesday fans will turn up - £10 a game may well generate more revenue
